1. PROVIDER AND SCOPE
Dance Next OS is provided by Klymyuk, ART of, Pfingstweidstrasse 31, 8005 Zürich, Switzerland, UID CHE-396.840.801 ("ART of", "we"). These Terms govern access to and use of the Dance Next OS platform. Mandatory law and any program-specific terms that apply between an Organizer and an Applicant remain unaffected.

2. PLATFORM ROLE
Dance Next OS is a technical platform that enables Organizers and Applicants to find programs, exchange information, submit and review applications, upload files, communicate, manage admissions, participants, schedules, invoices and related workflows. Unless ART of is expressly identified as the Organizer of a specific program, ART of is not the organizer, school, company, employer, agent or contracting party for that program. The contract for participation, audition, training, employment or another opportunity is between the Applicant and the relevant Organizer.

3. INDEPENDENT ORGANIZER RESPONSIBILITY
Each Organizer is solely responsible for its program information, eligibility rules, application questions, artistic and admission decisions, communications, safeguarding, prices, taxes, contracts, payment and refund conditions, performance of the program and compliance with applicable law. Dance Next OS may technically facilitate these processes but does not control or guarantee an Organizer’s decision, program, service or outcome.

4. ACCOUNTS AND GUARDIANS
Users must provide accurate information, protect their login credentials and use only accounts and profiles they are authorized to manage. Where required by law, a parent or legal guardian must act for or authorize a minor. A guardian who creates or manages a minor’s profile confirms that they are entitled to do so.

5. APPLICATIONS AND CONTENT
Applicants remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information, photos, videos and documents they submit. Users retain their rights in their content. They grant ART of the limited rights necessary to host and technically process it and grant the relevant Organizer the rights necessary to review and administer the application. This does not grant promotional use; separate permission is required where applicable. Submission does not guarantee admission, a scholarship, employment, engagement or participation.

6. FEES AND PAYMENTS
Platform subscriptions or paid Dance Next OS features are governed by the price and conditions shown for that service. Program fees are set by the relevant Organizer and are governed by the Organizer’s terms. A payment link or invoice shown through the platform does not make ART of the seller or contracting party for an independent Organizer’s program unless expressly stated. Third-party payment providers and app stores may apply their own terms.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE
Users must not access data without authorization, bypass security, upload malware, impersonate others, misuse personal data, infringe third-party rights or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, data, the platform or legal rights.

8. AVAILABILITY AND ACCOUNT DELETION
We take reasonable care to operate the platform securely and reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Personal accounts may be deleted through the app. Data no longer required will be deleted or anonymized, while limited records may be retained where required for law, accounting, security, safeguarding or legal claims. Organization ownership and profiles of minors managed by the account may need to be transferred or resolved before deletion.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LIABILITY
Dance Next OS software, design and branding remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, ART of is not liable for independent Organizers’ admission or artistic decisions, their program performance, their contractual obligations or third-party services outside our reasonable control. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. LAW, CHANGES AND CONTACT
To the extent legally permitted, Swiss law applies and the competent courts are in Zürich, Switzerland, without depriving consumers of mandatory rights at their habitual residence.
