1. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR WHICH DATA
Klymyuk, ART of, Pfingstweidstrasse 31, 8005 Zürich, Switzerland, contact@dancenext.org, is responsible for data used to provide Dance Next OS accounts, platform operation, security, support, platform billing and ART of’s own services. For an application to an independent Organizer, that Organizer normally determines why and how the application data is used and is the controller for its program. To the extent ART of processes such application data only to provide the platform on the Organizer’s instructions, ART of acts as a service provider/processor. If ART of itself is the Organizer, ART of is also responsible for that application processing.

2. DATA PROCESSED
Depending on use, the platform may process account and contact details; language, role and settings; Applicant and guardian profiles; age/date of birth, nationality, residence, training and professional information; application answers; photos, videos and documents; Organizer, team and reviewer data; admission, participant and schedule records; billing, invoice and payment-reference data; consent records; and authentication, security and audit data. Organizers should request only data that is necessary for their program and must establish any additional legal basis needed for sensitive data.

3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES
Data is processed to create and secure accounts, provide requested platform functions, enable Organizer–Applicant workflows and communications, manage subscriptions, invoices and payment references, prevent abuse, comply with legal duties and establish or defend legal claims. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis depends on the processing and may include contract or pre-contract steps, legal obligations, legitimate interests in secure platform operation, or consent where consent is appropriate.

4. ACCESS AND RECIPIENTS
Application data is made available according to permissions to the Applicant or guardian and to authorized members, staff or reviewers of the relevant Organizer. We use infrastructure and service providers necessary to operate the platform, including Supabase for authentication, database and private file storage, and Stripe for Dance Next OS subscription checkout, billing and payment processing. App-store, operating-system and other providers may process limited data when their services are used. We do not sell personal data or use application data for third-party behavioral advertising. Dance Next OS does not make admission or artistic selection decisions solely by automated means; those decisions are made by the relevant Organizer and its authorized reviewers. Files supplied through an external share link remain hosted by that third-party provider and are also subject to that provider’s privacy terms.

5. SECURITY AND INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, private storage and encrypted transmission. No system can guarantee absolute security. Where personal data is processed in another country, we use the safeguards required by applicable Swiss or European data-protection law, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards where necessary.

6. RETENTION AND DELETION
Personal data is kept only for as long as needed for its purpose and applicable legal, accounting, contractual, security or evidentiary requirements. On account deletion, data no longer needed is deleted or anonymized. An independent Organizer may retain limited application records where it has its own lawful retention reason. Private media that is no longer required should be removed. Issued invoices, payment evidence and similar records may remain for required retention periods.

7. MINORS
Dance Next OS supports profiles managed by parents or legal guardians. Where a child cannot validly create an account, enter into an agreement or give a required consent, the appropriate parent or legal guardian must act or authorize the action under applicable law. Organizers remain responsible for age-appropriate notices, safeguarding and consents for their programs.

8. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability and may withdraw consent for future processing. Platform-account requests can be sent to contact@dancenext.org. For an independent Organizer’s application processing, requests may also need to be addressed to that Organizer; we will assist or route requests where appropriate. A complaint may be made to the competent data-protection authority.

9. CHANGES AND CONTACT
