Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Dance Next OS account at any time.
Option 1 – in the app (fastest)
Applicants & guardians: Profile → Account & privacy → Delete personal account
Organizers: Settings → Account → Delete personal account
Type your email address to confirm and tap Delete account permanently. If you still own an organization, transfer ownership or delete the organization first.
Option 2 – request deletion by email
No access to the app? Send an email with the subject Account deletion request to contact@dancenext.org from the email address registered with Dance Next OS. We verify the request and confirm by email once your account has been deleted.
WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR DATA
• Your login, profile, photos, videos and settings are deleted.
• Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.
• Limited records may be kept where required by law, accounting, security, safeguarding or legal claims – e.g. issued invoices and payment evidence for statutory retention periods.
• An independent organizer you applied to may retain limited application records if it has its own lawful reason.
• Profiles of minors you manage must be transferred or resolved before deletion.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Details: Privacy Policy, section 6.

Prices in EUR. Annual plans equal roughly two months free. The Founding School offer applies only to the first annual paid subscription. Taxes may apply according to billing details. Plans are managed by the organization owner.
